February 14, 2010 at 1:25PM

Winter's chill will stay very much alive over the East today as cold windsfrom the Midwest blow through.Temperatures along the corridor through Washington, D.C., Philadelphia, NewYork and Boston will reach the mid- to upper 30s. While this would be nearnormal in southern New England, the area of Washington and Baltimore will stayabout 10F below normal during the daytime.

Factor in a blustery wind and the effect will be more like that of readingsbetween 15F and 25F, as reckoned by AccuWeather.com RealFeel Temperature.
