Northeast Awaits Storm

Brisk winds and intervals of clouds and sunshine will allow for dry weatheralong the I-95 corridor today. High temperatures will be in the lower to middle40s in New York, Philadelphia and Boston, as well as Baltimore and Washington,D.C., but the breeze will make it feel colder than it actually is.The sunny weather will give way to a new storm early this week that will bringrain along the I-95 corridor and snow to New England.
