MAY 26

Burglary. Cash and cigarettes were stolen from Bill's Superette, 10917 W. River Road.

COON RAPIDS

JUNE 2

Theft. A man called police to report a theft at his home in the 13100 block of Grouse Street NW. Someone entered the man's vehicle, which was parked in the driveway, and stole three full cases of wine, seven bottles of wine and 70 compact disks. The victim is a wine salesman. There were no signs of forced entry.

JUNE 8

Robbery. An employee of Northeast Bank, 200 Coon Rapids Blvd. NW., informed police that the bank had just been robbed, and that the robber had left with money and fled in a taxi van. The taxi was located and the driver was questioned. He said he had just dropped off the suspect at Northtown Mall. A perimeter was set up around the mall, and the suspect, a 37-year-old man, was arrested.

FRIDLEY

JUNE 3

Burglary. Officers responded to a report of a possible burglary in progress at a home in the 4000 block of Main Street. An officer spoke with the homeowner and was told that the would-be intruder was actually just a friend sleeping on the lawn.

JUNE 5

Neighborhood dispute. Someone called police to report a dispute between neighbors on the 7300 block of Baker Avenue NE. An officer arrived and mediated the argument, which was over a dog defecating in the neighbor's yard and the neighbor swearing at a 9-year-old girl.

JUNE 6

Burglary. Someone broke into Mr. Discount Tobacco, 315 Osborne Road NE., and stole 50 cartons of cigarettes.

JUNE 9

Theft. A 59-year-old man called police to report a vehicle had been stolen from his home in the 7400 block of Oakley Street NE. According to police reports, the man had brought an unknown woman home from a bar. They fell asleep, and when he awoke, his vehicle was gone. But the 31-year-old woman had left her purse behind, and she returned the car a short time later. The man did not want to pursue any charges.

MOUNDS VIEW

JUNE 9

Disorderly conduct. Police arrested a 38-year-old Mounds View woman on the 2100 block of Pinewood Drive for disorderly conduct and obstructing the legal process.

JUNE 10

Drunken driving. Police arrested a 50-year-old Anoka man for drunken driving in the parking lot of Moe's at 2400 County Road 10.

JUNE 14

Drugs. Officers stopped a vehicle on Long Lake Road and Sherwood Road for a traffic violation. A 19-year-old Mounds View man was cited for drug paraphernalia and a small amount of marijuana in a motor vehicle.

RAMSEY

MAY 29

Property damage. A man called police to report property damage to his vehicle on the 5100 block of 151st Avenue NW. Someone had put Jolly Ranchers candy on his vehicle. The man said it happened to a neighbor's vehicle as well.

MAY 30

Disorderly conduct. Someone called police to report that an unknown male was pounding on the front door of his home on the 6400 block of Riverdale Drive NW. The caller said the man was pulling on the door handle and pounding so hard that things were falling off the door. An officer found the 37-year-old suspect standing at the door. He told the officer he lived at the house and they wouldn't let him in. The officer informed the man that he was at the wrong house. His portable breath test reading was .312. He was arrested.

JUNE 4

Property damage. A woman called police to report that someone had smeared a chicken taco on the windshield of her vehicle in the 7900 block of Sunwood Dr. NW.
