Burglary. A resident of a home on the 13800 block of Swallow Street NW. called police to report a burglary. He had left the garage door open and the door to the house unlocked. A video game system was stolen along with miscellaneous items.

Underage consumption. Police were called to Able Street NE. and 99th Avenue NE. regarding a female lying in the street; she was breathing but unresponsive. After officers identified the 20-year-old woman, she became disorderly and was yelling profanities, police said. She was arrested for underage consumption of alcohol and disturbing the peace.

Burglary. A man called police to report a burglary at his home on the 10800 block of Norway Street NW. According to police reports, the man said that while he and his wife were taking a nap, someone opened an unlocked window and took six cigarettes and a lighter.

Property damage. Someone put lit firecrackers in a mailbox at a home on the 2800 block of 196th Avenue NE.

Assist family. A woman from a home in the 1300 block of Osborne Road NE. called police to report that her teenage daughter took a car to a friend's house without permission. The woman wanted the police to contact her daughter and explain the consequences of stealing a vehicle. An officer located the daughter and instructed her to listen to her mother and make better decisions, and the daughter apologized, police said.

Miscellaneous. A Woodbury woman called the Fridley police department seeking advice. She said her ex-husband gave her daughter a tattoo and a body piercing over the weekend. An officer advised her to find out where the incident occurred and to call that police department.

Theft. Someone stole an all-terrain vehicle from the side of a house on the 4000 block of Wildwood Drive NE.

Theft. Someone stole six ball washers from the Links at Northfork Golf Course, 9400 Alpine Drive NW.

Theft. A golf cart and trailer were stolen from the driveway of a home in the 2700 block of Pahl Avenue.
