Underage consumption. An officer noticed a vehicle parked on the side of the road at Osage Street NW and Crosstown Boulevard NW. He went to offer assistance and saw three girls, one of them sleeping, in the vehicle. A 16-year-old girl was taken to the hospital because no one was able to wake her up. She was cited for Under 21 Drink and Drive. Two other 16-year-old girls were cited for underage consumption and curfew violation.

Theft. A gas station in the 14900 block of Round Lake Boulevard called police to report that a man had filled his vehicle with gas and drove off without paying. An officer located the suspected vehicle and activated his lights. The driver led police on a chase, driving through yards and passing vehicles on the shoulder, the report said. The driver stopped the vehicle and fled on foot. Officers caught him after a short foot chase. The report said stolen property and mail were found in the vehicle and a meth pipe was found on the suspect. The 33-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of fleeing in a motor vehicle, fleeing on foot, possession of stolen property, theft of gas, driving after suspension, damage to property, reckless driving, no proof of insurance, equipment violation and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Underage consumption. An officer saw a group of people walking at 1:30 a.m. on Jefferson Street NE and 89th Avenue NE. The people dispersed quickly when the officer approached them. An officer found a man standing in the street behind a car. The man showed signs of intoxication and was holding a bottle of Jagermeister, the report said. His portable breath test yielded a result of .226 blood alcohol content. The 19-year-old man said he was just hanging out in the street and did not have anyone to take care of him. He was arrested for underage consumption.

Disorderly conduct. Police were called to Talecris Plasma, 6582 University Av. NE, because two people who had donated plasma were having a verbal altercation. The police removed them from the facility.
