Theft. A wallet was stolen from a purse that was left unattended at a bar on the 13600 block of Martin Street NW.

Property damage. Rocks were thrown through a vehicle window on the 13800 block of Round Lake Boulevard NW.

Theft. Halloween decorations were stolen from a yard on the 2500 block of 166th Avenue NW.

Theft. A bicycle was stolen from Andover High School, 2115 Andover Blvd. NW.

BLAINE

OCT. 31

Littering. A man was issued a citation for littering on the 9000 block of University Avenue NE. While driving, an officer saw him discard a cigarette filter out of the window of his vehicle.

COLUMBUS

NOV. 3

Property damage. Someone drove a vehicle through a corn field on Kettle River Boulevard NE.

NOV. 4

Theft. An all-terrain vehicle and trailer were stolen from the 19400 block of East Tri Oak Circle Northeast.

COON RAPIDS

OCT. 29

Suspicious. An officer noticed two males sleeping on benches on the 200 block of 110th Avenue NW. The officer spoke with them and identified them as students. Both had their school books and said they were truant. The officer advised them to go home and notified the school that they were truant. One of the juveniles may have provided a false name.

Theft. A woman reported that while she went into Holiday Stationstore, 202 101st Av. NW., someone stole her bag from her unlocked car. Her wallet, laptop and other items were in the bag.

OCT. 31

Theft. A bowl and the candy in the bowl were stolen from a front porch on the 900 block of 124th Lane NW.

FRIDLEY

OCT. 27

Domestic assault. Police responded to the 100 block of River Edge Way NE. for an unknown problem. Upon arrival, two adult sisters were arrested, cited and transported to jail for fifth-degree domestic assault.

OCT. 28

Drunken driving. A Columbia Heights police officer stopped a driver of a vehicle that had a loud muffler near Osborne Road NE. and Hwy. 65. The driver admitted to drinking and had a restricted license. The driver was taken to jail.

OCT. 29

Theft. A bicycle was stolen from the 500 block of Glencoe Street NE.

HAM LAKE

OCT. 30

Burglary. Tools were stolen from a home under construction on the 14200 block of Tippecanoe Street NE.

NOV. 1

Property damage. A deputy noticed a pried open window on the pavilion at Ham Lake Park. A vehicle was found in the lot and two juveniles were located. Burglary tools, prescription drugs and miscellaneous items were found in their vehicle. They were arrested and returned to their parents.

NOV. 4

Theft. A motorcycle was stolen from the 1400 block of Crosstown Drive NE.
