Theft: A 2013 Ford Fusion was stolen from an unsecured garage in the 1400 block of 152nd Lane NW. The keys were left in the vehicle.
JUNE 15
Water violations: Officers responded to the 14600 block of Round Lake Boulevard NW. regarding three people needing help after their canoe capsized. A deputy with an airboat rescued two males, ages 28 and 31, and a 29-year-old female. All three were cited for water violations because the canoe was not registered and there were no life jackets aboard the canoe.

Theft: Cash was stolen from the attendance desk at Andover High School, 2115 Andover Blvd. NW.

Property damage: A decorative cement alligator was damaged in the front yard of a home on the 1200 block of 129th Avenue NE.

Theft: A catalytic converter was stolen from a vehicle in the 10600 block of Nassau Street NE.
Theft: An iPhone and a 12-pack of beer were stolen from an unlocked vehicle on the 11500 block of Ulysses Street NE.
Drugs: A 20-year-old man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and needles in the 1500 block of 109th Avenue NE. after officers found him slumped over in a vehicle. Heroin and multiple hypodermic needles were surrounding him in plain view.

Theft: Four silver knives and four silver forks were stolen from a home in the 1000 block of 109th Avenue NE.

Theft: Ammunition was stolen from an unlocked vehicle on the 14300 block of Furman Street NE.

Medical: A 35-year-old man was taken to the hospital after he was found to have inhaled air from compressed gas cans in the parking lot at Walgreens, 2860 Coon Rapids Blvd. NW. He was cited for inhaling an intoxicant.

Medical: Due to injuries and level of intoxication, a 40-year-old male was taken to the hospital after he ran his bicycle into a curb and tumbled over the handlebars.
JUNE 19
Suspicious activity: A woman from a home in the 8200 block of Riverview Terrace NE. reported that someone flew a drone around her bedroom window and garage, giving her an uneasy feeling.
JUNE 20
Ordinance violation: Officers responded to the 5800 block of Central Avenue NE. regarding an argument between two ice cream vendors. They were arguing over the right to sell their product. One had a city permit and the other did not. The latter was advised not to return until he had obtained one.
Missing person: A woman from a home in the 100 block of Christiansen Court NE. reported her husband left in his vehicle and didn’t tell her where he was going or why. She was advised that the incident did not meet the criteria for a missing-person report.
JUNE 21
Property damage: A woman reported to police that her electric scooter was damaged after she ran it into a metal pole at Walgreens, 6525 University Av. NE. She was seeking assistance and demanding restitution. She was advised it was a civil matter and to contact the store manager.
