Property damage. Tires on two trailers were slashed on Nightingale Street NW and 161st Avenue NW.

APRIL 14

Theft. Scrap metal was stolen from the Andover Recycling Center, 1685 Crosstown Blvd. NW.

APRIL 23

Theft. Golf clubs were stolen from an unsecure garage on the 17400 block of Partridge Street NW.

COON RAPIDS

APRIL 2

Theft. A purse was stolen from an unlocked vehicle on the 11200 block of Quinn Street NW.

APRIL 3

Theft. A set of golf clubs was stolen from an open garage at a home on the 3500 block of 115th Avenue NW.

APRIL 4

Theft. A woman reported her cellphone was stolen while she was shoe shopping at Payless ShoeSource, 8510 Springbrook Dr. NW. She had put the phone on the floor to try on shoes and later realized it was missing.

APRIL 6

Theft. Four cigars and some change were stolen from a vehicle on the 11100 block of Fillmore Street NE.

APRIL 8

Theft. A 2006 Honda Odyssey was stolen from Planet Fitness, 60 Coon Rapids Blvd. NW. According to the police report, the victim put her keys inside a jacket pocket and placed the jacket inside an unlocked locker while she worked out. When she was done working out, she discovered her jacket and keys were missing.

FRIDLEY

APRIL 10

Disorderly conduct. A mother was cited for disorderly conduct after screaming at a student for an alleged bullying incident at Fridley Middle School, 6100 W. Moore Lake Dr. NE.

APRIL 14

Check welfare. A resident reported hearing a woman screaming to call the police at an apartment on East River Road. It was determined she was on the phone with her brother, instructing him to call the police regarding a theft.

APRIL 17

Suspicious activity. Officers responded to the 5700 block of East River Road NE. regarding someone finding a bone near the river. The officer determined it was a bone from an animal.

APRIL 18

Fire. Someone reported a possible fire at a home on Mississippi Street NE. Officers found smoke coming from the home and entered through an unlocked patio door to find burnt food on the stove and the homeowner sleeping. Officers educated the homeowner on safe cooking techniques.

APRIL 22

Assist family. Officers responded to a home on University Avenue NE. It was determined that a woman and her grandson were having an argument over his choice in women. The grandson agreed to leave while they both cool down.

MOUNDS VIEW

APRIL 13

Theft. A compound bow was stolen from an unlocked shed on the 2000 block of Stratford Avenue.

RAMSEY

APRIL 16

Theft. A woman reported that $100 was stolen from her purse that she left in her unlocked car while she ran in to Coborn's, 7900 Sunwood Drive NW.

Property damage. A woman reported that her 11-year-old son intentionally rammed his bicycle into her vehicle. He was upset with her for taking away his Xbox. She needed a police report for insurance purposes.
