Theft. A cellphone was stolen from an unlocked vehicle on the 1800 block of Bunker Lake Boulevard NW.

Theft. Alcohol was stolen from an unsecure garage on the 14300 block of Bluebird Street NW.

Indecent exposure. Officers went to a home regarding a report of a woman sunbathing nude. Officers found a woman, 67, lying in a lawn chair on her deck and she appeared to be nude. According to police reports, she told officers she had a thong on but no top. She was advised not to do that anymore.

Theft. Copper wire was stolen from a construction site on the 14500 block of Lake Drive NE.

Burglary. An ATV was stolen from a garage on the 15500 block of Austin Street NE. Officers followed the tracks and located two suspects. A 19-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of burglary and a 20-year-old man was released at the scene.

Burglary. Electronics and jewelry were stolen from an unsecured home on the 3700 block of 169th Lane NE.

JUNE 24
Theft. Two boys, ages 10 and 17, were cited for stealing candy on the 2300 block of County Road I.
JUNE 28
Drugs. A 17-year-old boy was cited for possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and possession of tobacco under the age of 18 after he was found in a city park after closing on the 2700 block of County Road I.
Disorderly conduct. A 22-year-old Fridley man was arrested for disorderly conduct following a disturbance on the 2200 block of County Road 10.

Assault. A 21-year-old Minneapolis man was arrested for assault following a disturbance on the 2000 block of Hillview Road.
Theft. A 1996 Dodge Intrepid was stolen from an apartment parking lot on the 2200 block of County Road I. It was later recovered in South St. Paul.
JULY 1
Curfew. A 13-year-old boy was cited for curfew violation after officers responded to a report of a suspicious person on the 2100 block of Buckingham Lane around 4:30 a.m.

Theft. A set of golf clubs was stolen from a vehicle parked in a driveway on the 6800 block of 139th Av. NW.

Alcohol violations. A 20-year-old man was cited for underage consumption and possession of alcohol on the 3300 block of Sky Croft Circle.
JULY 20
Disorderly conduct. Officers responded to BP, 3813 Stinson Blvd. NE., regarding a suspicious vehicle and a man urinating in the parking lot. Officers arrived and observed the man defecating in the lot. He was cited for disorderly conduct and trespassing.
Drugs. A 24-year-old woman was arrested for possession of a controlled substance on the 2500 block of Lowry Avenue.
