AUG. 24

Theft. Two guns were stolen from a home on the 8600 block of Polk Street NE.

AUG. 30

Drugs. A 34-year-old man was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and on three confirmed warrants after an officer witnessed a drug transaction on the 300 block of Northtown Drive NE.

CIRCLE PINES

SEPT. 2

Theft. A woman reported items were stolen from her home while her teenage daughter was having a party on the 100 block of South Drive.

COON RAPIDS

AUG. 23

Drunken driving. A 36-year-old man was arrested for drunken driving in the drive-through lane at Taco Bell at 13057 Round Lake Blvd. NW. Officers found him asleep in the vehicle with the vehicle running.

MOUNDS VIEW

AUG. 21

Burglary. Alcohol, 15 fitted hats and other items were stolen from an apartment on the 2600 block of Scotland Court.

AUG. 23

Theft. A laptop was stolen from an unlocked vehicle on the 5200 block of Brighton Lane.

AUG. 25

Disorderly conduct. A 37-year-old Mounds View woman was arrested for disorderly conduct on the 7600 block of Woodlawn Drive.

Drugs. A 17-year-old boy was cited for possession of tobacco, marijuana and drug paraphernalia on the 2400 block of County Road 10. He was released to a parent.

AUG. 26

Assault. A 22-year-old man was cited for assault and disorderly conduct after he punched a 26-year-old man in the head on the 2000 block of Hillview Road.

AUG. 30

Curfew. A 16-year-old girl was cited for having no driver's license and a curfew violation after a vehicle she was driving was stopped on County Road I and Long Lake Road.

FRIDLEY

AUG. 16

Dispute. A woman from an apartment on the 100 block of 83rd Avenue NE. reported a neighbor was on his patio, yelling profanities at her. An officer spoke to both of them.

AUG. 17

Children found. Someone reported two small children walking on University Avenue NE. and Osborne Road NE. An officer took them home. They were running away because they had broken something. The children were released to their father.

Assistance. An officer assisted a man in getting his intoxicated mother home from East River Road NE. and 61st Way NE. The woman was riding a bicycle. An officer took her home and advised the son he would need to stay home with her or she would need to go to a detox facility.

AUG. 26

Theft. A purse was stolen from a locked vehicle at Reidel Mansion, 5100 E. River Road. The window had been left down.

AUG. 29

Theft. A dog was stolen from the 6100 block of Star Lane NE.

RAMSEY

AUG. 27

Theft. A business reported scrap metal was stolen out of a bin on the 14200 block of Sunfish Lake Boulevard.

ST. ANTHONY

SEPT. 7

Theft. A 63-year-old woman was arrested for shoplifting at the Walmart at 3800 Silver Lake Road.

SEPT. 10

Tobacco violation. Two 15-year-old boys were cited for minor possession of tobacco at St. Anthony High School, 3303 33rd Av. They were found smoking on school property.

SEPT. 12

Drugs. A 15-year-old girl was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia at St. Anthony High School, 3303 33rd Av.

SEPT. 19

Alcohol. An intoxicated 40-year-old man was transported to a detox facility after he was found stumbling down the street at 39th Avenue and Apache Lane.
