Drunken driving. A 44-year-old Blaine woman was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving and open container on the 17500 block of Hanson Boulevard NW after officers found her buckled into her vehicle and passed out in a ditch. The keys were in the ignition.

Theft. A purse was stolen from an unlocked vehicle on the 1300 block of 155th Avenue NW.

Burglary. Copper pipes were stolen from a foreclosed home on the 3900 block of 175th Lane NW.

Vandalism. The wolf statue at Rum River Elementary School, 16950 Verdin St. NW., was damaged by being hit with a blunt object.

Theft. Tools and other items were stolen from a pole barn on the 18200 block of Greenbrook Drive NE.
COON RAPIDS
MAY 2
Disorderly conduct. A woman was cited for disorderly conduct at an apartment on the 10600 block of Tamarack Street NW after throwing blinds out of her window and yelling obscenities when children were present.
MAY 10
Theft. A woman was mailed a citation for theft at Totally Tan, 3450 124th Avenue NW., after she was observed on a store security video putting a box of a teeth-whitening system in her purse and leaving the store.
Theft. Sunglasses and an iPod were stolen from an unlocked vehicle parked in a driveway on the 9500 block of Flintwood Street NW.
Theft. A two-foot concrete deer decoration was stolen from the front yard of a home on the 3000 block of 121st Lane NW.

Theft. A trolling motor was stolen off a boat on the 100 block of 108th Avenue NW.
EAST BETHEL
MAY 4
Theft. An iPod and purse were stolen from an unlocked vehicle on the 23900 block of Johnson Street NE.
MAY 11
Theft. Gas cans and batteries were stolen from two boats parked in the yard of a home on the 5200 block of 182nd Lane NE.
FRIDLEY
MAY 11
Assist family. A woman and her apparently intoxicated adult son were having a verbal dispute at a home on West Brenner Pass NE. He was taken to a detox facility.
MAY 15
Animal complaint. Officers went to the 1300 block of Skywood Lane NE on a report of an animal screaming. Officers found a dead rabbit that a fox was eating. The fox fled through the brush when the officer approached.
MOUNDS VIEW
MAY 11
Theft. A goal used for disc golf was stolen from Silverview Park, 2700 County Road I.
MAY 16
Property damage. A 41-year-old Mounds View man was arrested for alleged property damage and domestic assault on the 2300 block of Groberg Street. He allegedly assaulted his ex-girlfriend and damaged her vehicle.
RAMSEY
MAY 7
Theft. Numerous batteries and propane tanks were stolen from Pleasureland RV Center, 7900 Riverdale Dr. NW.
MAY 10
Indecent exposure. DNR officers reported that in a no trespassing area on the 9200 block of Highway 10 a man was sitting in a sling with his wrists and ankles in restraints from a tree and was blindfolded with his genitals exposed. Officers located the 50-year-old man and gave him a citation for lewd conduct in a park and trespassing.
