A wreck involving a car and a truck is off to the right shoulder on 35W southbound at County Road I. That is causing backups to Hwy. 10.

In downtown Minneapolis, a motorist is changing a tire on the right shoulder of 35W northbound near Chicago Avenue. Look for slowing beginning at 26th Street.
