Disorderly conduct. Officers responded to the 13600 block of Poppy Street NW. regarding a neighbor dispute. A 22-year-old man was arrested for disorderly conduct.
Theft. A purse was reported stolen from an unlocked vehicle on the 13900 block of Martin Street NW.
Theft. A catalytic converter was reported stolen off a vehicle on the 9900 block of Polk Street NE.
Theft. A laptop was reported stolen from an unlocked vehicle on the 1000 block of Pleasure Creek Pkwy.
Intoxicated person. A 38-year-old female in the 1700 block of Snelling Avenue was transported to Ramsey County detox after providing a preliminary breath test of .377.
Assist family. Officers responded to a home on the 6700 block of Kennaston Drive NE. regarding three males arguing in the backyard. Officers mediated between three brothers, all in their early 20s, who were arguing over doughnuts.
Theft. A 2015 Nissan Versa, left running and unattended, was reported stolen from the 100 block of 83rd Avenue NE.
Burglary. Costume jewelry and beer were reported stolen from a home on the 6200 block of Sunrise Drive NE. There were no signs of forced entry.
Possession of shoplifting gear. Police arrested a 20-year-old male for possession of burglary tools at Maplewood Mall, 3001 White Bear Av.
Fraud. A 28-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of prescription forgery at CVS, 2800 Mounds View Blvd.
Hit and run. A 29-year-old male was arrested on suspicion of hit and run and refusing a DWI test in the 1900 block of 29th Avenue.
Theft. Landscaping rocks were reported stolen from property on the 3300 block of 206th Avenue NW.
Theft. Peanuts and paper cups were reported stolen from a vehicle on the 2900 block of Old Highway 8.
Burglary. Hair extensions were reported stolen from Sally Beauty Supply, 2701 39th Av.
Littering. A deputy pulled over a vehicle in the area of Hwy. 36 and Greeley Street after observing the driver extend his arm out the window and dump a cup of refuse on the ground. He was cited for littering despite his insistence dumping biodegradable seed husks excluded him from the violation. He was also cited for driving without proof of insurance.
Suspicious activity. Police responded to a report of two newspaper carriers behaving oddly in the area of Waterstone Lane. The carriers told an officer they were late and agitated about having car trouble, and then they were confronted by the complainant. The situation was mediated, the vehicle was fixed, and paper delivery continued.
