Weapon. A 26-year-old man was arrested for possession of a firearm without a permit and possession of a controlled substance, following a traffic stop at Central and 109th avenues NE.

Disorderly conduct. Dog feces were thrown on a vehicle in the 1100 block of 128th Avenue NE.

Burglary. A man in the 1400 block of California Avenue reported that a bicycle was stolen from his open garage while he was unloading packages.

APRIL 22
Burglary. A woman in the 4600 block of NE. Main Street reported that someone entered her unlocked house and stole her purse while she was painting in her yard.
APRIL 24
Drugs. An officer found a man partly lying in the road in the 6000 block of University Avenue NE. The 31-year-old man, said to be distraught, showed officers that he had narcotics. He was arrested for possession of a controlled substance.

Suspicious activity. Two juveniles who had been reported going into the garages of vacant model homes in the 12000 block of Fondant Trail told authorities that they just wanted to see inside. They were advised it was criminal activity and released to their parents.

Suspicious situation. A man was reported releasing a box of snakes at Sunfish Lake Park, Kelvin Avenue and Stillwater Lane.

Warrant arrest. A woman was arrested on a South Dakota warrant after police checked on the welfare of a panhandler near White Bear Avenue and County Road D.

Weapon. A 32-year-old man was cited for possession of a dangerous weapon after discharging it at Silver View Park, 2700 County Road I.
Property damage. A 21-year-old woman was cited for property damage and a 23-year-old man was arrested on a warrant in the 2400 block of County Road I.
APRIL 18
Theft. Tools valued at $1,000 were stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 7600 block of Groveland Road.
NEWPORT
APRIL 11
Dumping complaint. A woman agreed to pick up trash found at Loveland Park, Glen Road and Century Avenue, that included some of her mail. She said her son was supposed to have thrown the trash in a nearby dumpster, and that she was surprised it ended up in the park.
RAMSEY
APRIL 7
Fire. Officers responded to a report of smoke in a home in the 14200 block of Xenon Street NW. A toy was melting on top of a stove in the basement.
Animal complaint. Dead swans were found in a dumpster behind Subway, 14001 St. Francis Blvd. NW. An officer was unable to determine the cause of death.
ST. ANTHONY

Public intoxication. A 61-year-old man was found intoxicated at the Silverwood Park visitors center, 2500 County Road E. His blood-alcohol concentration registered at 0.29, and he was taken to a detox facility.
