Theft. A bicycle was stolen from the 11300 block of Rosemill Lane.

Harassment. A woman from Center Street reported that her neighbor was harassing her. An officer spoke with the neighbor and suggested that both women refrain from speaking to each other.
EAST BETHEL
JUNE 26
Property damage. A 15-year-old boy was cited for property damage after riding his bicycle across the hood of a vehicle in the 21300 block of NE. Highway 65.
FALCON HEIGHTS

Fight. An officer observed a driver get out of his vehicle and throw punches at another driver in the area of Larpenteur Avenue and Lindig Street. It was determined the altercation was the result of a road rage incident. The victim declined to press charges, and both parties were released.
FRIDLEY

Civil dispute. Officers responded to a report of a dispute over rent at a home in the 7300 block of Oakley Street NE. One party was upset that the other was paying their share of the rent in gallons of vodka.

Found. A gun magazine with 15 bullets in it was found in the 5500 block of East Bavarian Pass NE. The magazine and bullets were deposited in the property room at the police department.

Found money. A bag with $96 in cash and a $50 check written to a sprinkler company was found in a yard in the 15000 block of Emerald Drive. An employee of the sprinkler company was able to identify the money.

Problem customer. A man became upset when employees at the Lake Elmo Park Reserve, 1515 Keats Av., refused to give him a new parking permit to replace the one he had lost after replacing his windshield. He ended up buying a new permit.

Disorderly conduct. A 24-year-old man and 22-year-old woman were observed urinating outside in the area of Larpenteur and 33rd avenues. They were issued warning citations for disorderly conduct.
MAPLEWOOD

Theft. A forklift was stolen in the 1800 block of White Bear Avenue and recovered by St. Paul police.
NEW BRIGHTON
JUNE 22
Theft. Two slot machines and a wet vacuum were stolen from a property in the 1200 block of 12th Avenue.

Theft. A figure of a person holding a flag warning traffic to slow down was stolen in the 1100 block of Long Lake Road.

Theft. Two 15-year-old girls were cited for theft after they were caught shoplifting at Cub Foods, 3930 Silver Lake Road.
