Theft. A gun was stolen during a party at a home on the 13800 block of Silverod Court NW.

EAST BETHEL

JAN. 15

Theft. A wallet was stolen from an unlocked vehicle on the 19400 block of West Tri Oak Circle NE.

LEXINGTON

JAN. 12

Theft. A 2015 Chevrolet Travers was stolen from P & N Sales, 8999 Lake Drive. The suspect took the vehicle for a test drive under false pretenses.

LINWOOD

JAN. 13

Weapon. A deputy stopped a vehicle for a turning violation on the Fontana Street NE. and 233rd Avenue NE. The driver, a 29-year-old man, did not have a valid driver's license or proof of insurance on the vehicle. Two guns were found during a search of the vehicle and the driver was arrested.

MAPLEWOOD

JAN. 12

Suspicious activity. A man in a parked vehicle was reported as a suspicious person in the 2500 block of Flandrau Street. Police determined he was a private investigator doing surveillance regarding an insurance matter. The complainant was informed.

NEW BRIGHTON

JAN. 11

Narcotics. A 37-year-old man was arrested for fifth-degree possession of methamphetamines after his vehicle was stopped for violations in the area of 14th Street and 20th Avenue.

OAKDALE

JAN. 6

Neighbor dispute. A resident in the 6300 block of 22nd Street told police that some juvenile neighbors playing hockey on a nearby pond were deliberately hitting his fence with hockey pucks. The complainant believes the group has a police scanner, which is why nothing is occurring when police arrive. A juvenile told an officer one puck deflected off the net they had set up and hit the fence.

JAN. 7

Disturbance. A man who had been arguing with his girlfriend in the 600 block of Goodwin Avenue punched her car causing a dent. The girlfriend told an officer she did not want to pursue charges. The man fixed the dent and left the scene without further incident.

ST. ANTHONY

JAN. 5

Theft. A handgun and cash were reported missing from a home on the 3600 block of Roosevelt Street. A resident reported he had several people over to his house and discovered the items were missing.

JAN. 7

Driving violations. A 38-year-old man was cited for texting while driving, not having a driver's license and no proof of insurance following a traffic stop on Silver Lake Road and 32nd Avenue NE.

JAN. 13

Accident. A 16-year-old boy was cited for leaving the scene of an accident after his vehicle struck another vehicle in the parking lot at Twin Cities Dental, 3803 Silver Lake Road.

WOODBURY

JAN. 7

Suspicious activity. An unknown person was reported banging on doors and windows and shining a flashlight into a senior housing facility in the 7500 block of Bailey Road at 12:30 a.m. Police located a vehicle in the area whose driver explained it was him knocking on windows and shining the flashlight while attempting to make a delivery. Although the staff was upset about the driver's actions the delivery was completed.
