Theft. An iPad was stolen from the 400 block of Village Parkway.

Theft. A woman reported that her groceries were stolen after she took them out of her vehicle in the 1500 block of Larpenteur Avenue and then moved the vehicle.
FRIDLEY
DEC. 2
Theft. A man reported that his vehicle was stolen from the 5200 block of 3rd Street NE. He found out later that his vehicle had been repossessed.
DEC. 3
Fleeing police. An officer attempted to stop a man on a motor scooter in the 5700 block of Main Street NE. While the officer was trying to identify the man, he fled the scene, tried to evade the officer and crashed the scooter. He then tried to flee on foot but was apprehended. The 26-year-old man was taken to the hospital for treatment of his injuries and then to jail.

Theft. A wallet and glasses were stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 1700 block of 141st Lane NE.
Theft. Electronics were stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 139th Lane NE.

Suspicious activity. A resident in the 16000 block of Jeffrey Avenue reported that a man had tried to sell her what appeared to be drone photos of her property. She told authorities that he had given her "the creeps" and thought it was strange that someone would drive up her long driveway to sell photos of her own property.

Suspicious activity. A resident in the 100 block of Dellwood Square told authorities that a neighbor had thrown a broomstick at him at 2 a.m. He said the incident occurred while he was driving around the neighborhood after hearing suspicious noises outside his home.

Neighbor concern. Authorities told a homeowner in the 200 block of Dunbar Way that a neighbor could install cameras anywhere on their own property and that the homeowner's concern about the cameras was a civil matter.

DEC. 1
Driving violation. A 30-year-old woman was cited for speeding following a traffic stop at Long Lake Road and Ardan Avenue.
Theft. A package was stolen from the front door of a home in the 7600 block of Spring Lake Road.
DEC. 2
Disorderly conduct. Officers responded to a report of a drunk and disorderly man in the 2500 block of Mounds View Boulevard. The 35-year-old man was arrested for fleeing a police officer on foot and obstructing the legal process.

Theft. A Christmas laser decoration was stolen from a home in the 2500 block of 14th Avenue.
