Theft. A fish house and trailer were stolen from property in the 15800 block of Sycamore Street NW.

NOV. 15

Disorderly conduct. A customer reportedly refused to leave a convenience store in the 1300 block of Larpenteur Avenue after she was told it was against store policy to cash a money order there. An officer persuaded her to leave.

NOV. 18

Trespassing. Police removed a man from an apartment building in the 1500 block of Larpenteur Avenue after a manager reported receiving several complaints about the individual.

LEXINGTON

NOV. 28

Disorderly conduct. Officers responded to a report of a fight in the 8900 block of Hamline Avenue. Officers located and interviewed all parties, and a 20-year-old man was charged with property damage.

MAPLEWOOD

NOV. 13

Traffic citation. A driver pulled over for a stop sign violation near McKnight Road and South Avenue was cited for driving after suspension.

NOV. 16

Welfare check. Officers responded to a report of a possibly emotionally disturbed man in the 1600 block of Rice Street. The man explained that he was meditating.

MOUNDS VIEW

NOV. 26

Disorderly conduct. Officers responded to a report of a domestic situation at a home in the 2300 block of Groberg Street. A 21-year-old man was arrested for disorderly conduct.

DEC. 1

Traffic violation. A 21-year-old man was cited for driving without a license following a traffic stop at Mounds View Boulevard and Long Lake Road. He also was arrested for a misdemeanor warrant.

NEW BRIGHTON

NOV. 13

Disorderly conduct. Police responding to a report of a disturbance in the 2500 block of Knollwood Drive arrested a 28-year-old man for disorderly conduct and obstructing the legal process.

RAMSEY

NOV. 18

Animal complaint. A community service officer responded to a report of a snake in the basement of a home in the 9300 block of 169th Avenue NW. The officer was able to capture the garter snake and released it into a nearby field.

ST. ANTHONY

NOV. 22

Accident. Officers responded to a report of a hit-and-run motor vehicle accident at 29th Avenue and Old Hwy. 88. The driver, a 20-year-old man, was arrested and cited for leaving the scene of an accident, operating an uninsured vehicle and not having a valid driver's license. The owner of the vehicle, a 27-year-old woman, also was cited for allowing the operation of an uninsured vehicle.

Theft. Hair extensions were stolen from Sally Beauty Supply, 2701 39th Av.

WOODBURY

NOV. 18

Animal complaint. The owner of a dog that had been reported barking in the backyard of a home in the 3000 block of York Bay told police she had fallen asleep, and brought the dog inside.

NOV. 17

Theft by swindle. A woman using a $100 bill to pay for an item costing $4.99 at a store in the 9200 block of Hudson Road proceeded to distract the cashier into giving her back the change for the item as well as the $100 bill.
