Intoxicated person. Police observed a man face down in the median in the area of Larpenteur and Snelling avenues. The man tested .256 alcohol concentration and was transported to detox.

Check welfare. Officers responded to Osborne Road NE. and University Avenue NE. on a report of a woman, wearing a hospital gown, waving at vehicles for a ride. Officers located the 32-year-old woman and it was determined she was just discharged from a hospital.
Domestic. Officers responded to Two Stooges Sports Bar and Grill, 7178 University Av. NE., on a report of one patron hitting another patron in the head with a glass mug. Officers determined the two parties were engaged to be married. A 41-year-old woman was arrested for domestic assault.

Animal concern. A deputy moved a duck from the middle of Goodview Avenue near Oneka Boulevard to a nearby pond.

Neighbor complaint. A resident in the 2000 block of Racine Avenue reported a neighbor hitting golf balls into their yard and burning trash. The neighbor admitted hitting golf balls that sometimes landed on public property behind his home. He denied burning trash.

Disorderly conduct. A homeowner in the 2400 block of 7th Street pulled a gun on the husband of a woman who had earlier been cutting flowers from the boulevard in front of his house. The husband went to confront the homeowner after his wife told him he swore at her about the flowers. Parties were advised to call police rather than confront strangers.

Suspicious person. Officers responded to the 7500 block of Greenfield Avenue on a report of suspicious person. A 24-year-old man was arrested for disorderly conduct and trespassing.

Theft. Aluminum, valued at $75,000, was stolen from the lot of a business on the 5200 block of Quincy Street.

DWI. A 28-year-old woman was arrested for 3rd degree DWI and property damage accident after driving her vehicle off the road in the area of Old Hwy. 8 and Hwy. 96.

Property damage. A driver in the area of Long Lake Road and Interstate 694 reported someone ran past their vehicle while it was at a stop sign and hit it with their hand causing a dent.

Theft. Concert tickets and a wallet were stolen from an unlocked vehicle on the 2500 block of 223rd Lane NW.

Property damage. A man reported that someone put tar on the hood of his vehicle at St. Anthony City Hall, 3301 Silver Lake Road Security footage was reviewed and the suspects were identified as two 12-year-old boys. The victim wanted to meet with the boys' parents and did not wish further police action.

Tobacco violation. A 20-year-old female employee at SuperAmerica, 3259 Stinson Blvd., was cited for selling tobacco to a minor during a tobacco compliance check.
