Theft. A 2007 Chevrolet Trailblazer was stolen from the 16000 block of Central Avenue NE.

Theft. Residents in the 11000 block of Little Bluestem Court contacted authorities after a barber showed up at their house seeking cash for a haircut instead of the check he had been given. The customer gave him a $20 bill and the barber promised to return with $4 change, but failed to do so. Authorities called the barber, who said he had lost the customer's address and said they could pick up the $4 at his shop. The barber was told not to go to the customer's house again.

Car vs. turkey. A driver reported that he had accidentally hit and killed a turkey on Lake Elmo Avenue near Tartan Park. He requested a tag to keep the carcass, but was told Washington County doesn't issue tags for turkeys and that he would need to contact the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources.

Traffic. A 19-year-old woman was cited and arrested for violation of an instructional driving permit in the area of Larpenteur Avenue and Pleasant Street.

Theft. A store employee at Maplewood Mall, 3001 White Bear Av., was arrested and cited for stealing from the business after an investigation found questionable transactions that involved her. She was barred from the mall for a year.

Drugs. An 18-year-old Mounds View woman was cited for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the 7500 block of Greenfield Avenue.

Drunken driving. A 17-year-old boy was arrested for underage drinking and driving in the 2600 block of Mounds View Boulevard.

Theft. A 2005 Dodge Caravan was stolen from the 5400 block of Jackson Drive.

Theft. Someone pumped $20 worth of gas and left without paying at a business in the 2000 block of Silver Lake Road.

Animal complaint. A goat was reported on the front porch of a home in the 2500 block of Bailey Court. The goat fled before authorities arrived.
