ANDOVER

MARCH 20

Burglary. Cash and alcohol were stolen from a home in the 14200 block of Drake Street NW. Entry to the home was gained through an unsecured basement window.

BIRCHWOOD

MARCH 14

Drone complaint. Authorities responded to a report of a man operating a drone over a home in the 100 block of Cedar Street. The man told a deputy he was conducting a deer count in the city of Birchwood.

EAST BETHEL

MARCH 21

Theft. Gas was siphoned from a vehicle in the 21200 block of Highway 65 NE.

FALCON HEIGHTS

MARCH 14

Theft. An employee at SuperAmerica, 1350 Larpenteur Av., reported that a man took a doughnut, put it down the front of his pants and left the store without paying for it. Management did not want to pursue charges, but did want him barred from the business.

FRIDLEY

MARCH 19

Civil. An officer responded to a report from a woman on a power outage in the 7100 block of Central Avenue NE. The officer learned that the woman's boyfriend had shut off the power.

LAKE ELMO

MARCH 11

Suspicious activity. A man with a dog was reported looking into homes in the 15000 block of Ivory Court. A deputy contacted the man, who explained that he was training his dog how to flush the many pheasants in the area out of nearby ditches.

LEXINGTON

MARCH 17

Suspicious activity. Officers located two juveniles on the roof of a building in the 9100 block of Lake Drive. The juveniles were taken home and a parent was advised of their activity.

MAPLEWOOD

MARCH 14

Disorderly conduct. The ex-boyfriend of an employee of a business in the 1900 block of Larpenteur Avenue was reportedly harassing her at work. Police advised him to stop calling and trespassing at the business.

Animal concern. The owner of a dog found running loose in the area of Frost Avenue and Hazelwood Street was cited for having an unlicensed dog at large.

MOUNDS VIEW

MARCH 21

Theft. A beer valued at $2.99 was stolen from SuperAmerica, 2640 County Road I.

Drunken driving. An 18-year-old man was arrested for drunken driving, possession of alcohol by a minor, underage drinking and driving, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and failing to signal a lane change, after he was stopped for driving violations in the 2500 block of County Road I.

NEW BRIGHTON

MARCH 12

Disorderly conduct. Police responded to a report of a loud noise in the 700 block of 1st Avenue and arrested a 17-year-old girl for disorderly conduct.

ST. ANTHONY

MARCH 15

Theft. Officers responded to a report of the theft of 100 lottery tickets worth $3 each at Cub Foods, 3930 Silver Lake Road. A possible suspect was identified on security footage.
