In Minneapolis where the wind chill brought temperatures to dangerous levels, Garret Jones and his wife Lauren were determined to go outside and "enjoy" the weather as the sun was about to set within the hour on Lake of the Isles.

In Minneapolis, where the windchill brought temperatures dangerously low, Garret Jones and his wife, Lauren, were determined to go outside and enjoy the ice on Lake of the Isles. The couple just moved here from Chicago — out of the blizzard and into the deep freeze — and were looking for ways to get outdoors.
