The sun shone bright on the ol' ballyard when the players lined up for the national anthem Thursday, and those shadows are all the evidence you need. It didn't last, and flurries invaded the setting before the game was over. Still, after a week of predictions of cold, snow and other doom, the Twins' home opener was played in something most Minnesotans would call baseball weather.
