CLEVELAND -- We'll see how Day 2 of Tsuyoshi Nishioka 2.0 goes today, as the Twins try to extend Cleveland's losing streak to 11 games.

Samuel Deduno -- he goes by Sam or Samuel -- will be back on the mound for the Twins. He's on a nice roll, and he held Cleveland to two hits over seven innings on July 28, but this will be the first time this year he's faced the same opponent twice. It'll be interesting to see what adjustments the Indians make. He walked five when he faced them at Target Field, so I'd expect their hitters to take, take, take.

The Indians counter with righthander Corey Kluber, who is making his second major league start. His first one was rough, as he gave up six first-inning runs against the Royals. Cleveland has been through long losing streaks plenty of times, but what is astounding the locals is how lopsided the scores have been this time, especially for a team that was in contention in late July.

The Indians have been outscored in the streak 88-31. Here's a list of the scores:

Note: The Twins announced today that this year's first-round pick Byron Buxton and supplemental first-round pick Jose Berrios have been promoted from their Gulf Coast League affiliate to Elizabethton.
