The mid-Atlantic will be warm aswell, but places like Albany, N.Y., Concord, N.H., and Bangor, Maine, will behotter than Philadelphia, Washington and Baltimore.The westerly wind is the key to the near-record warmth in New England. Thewesterly flow prevents cooler ocean air from having any impact at all.
