'Nick Punto, WHAT A BLUNDER!' (Yes, he did it again)

Nick Punto made a terrible base running mistake in the playoffs Tuesday night. So what else is new, Twins fans?

The Los Angeles Dodgers were trailing St. Louis by two runs in Game 4 of the National League Championship Series Tuesday night when Nick Punto bashed a double to the wall.

Then, this happened.

There are three views of the Punto pick-off, and the second and third are the best: The St. Louis radio announcers going to town on Punto's mistake and the great Vin Scully's lyrical call.

Of course, for Twins fans this was nothing new -- a mere flashback to the 2009 playoffs against the Yankees when Punto made a horrific base running mistake that still haunts many Twins fans. Listen to the end to hear John Gordon describe: "OH, MY! OH, MY! UNBELIEVABLE, UNBELIEVABLE BONEHEAD BASE RUNNING PLAY BY NICK PUNTO!"

The third camera angle also shows that Gordon wasn't overstating the case.

Have a great day!
