The NFL Network, which previously began its eight-game package on Thanksgiving night, has altered its schedule. The network will air seven of its games on Thursdays this season and only one on Saturday after having five on Thursdays and three on Saturdays last season. The network's telecast schedule also will start on Nov. 6 this year after beginning on Thanksgiving in 2006 and 2007.
