A New Richmond, Wis., man died Friday of injuries suffered in a single-vehicle crash in St. Croix County earlier in the day, police said.
Ronald C. Schuh, 54, was heading north on 110th Street when his car veered onto a residential property and struck an outbuilding, authorities said. Officers responding to the scene in Star Prairie Township around 6:15 a.m. found Schuh seriously injured.
He was taken to Westfields Hospital in New Richmond, where he died. Schuh was wearing his seat belt at the time of the crash, authorities said.
It was the second traffic fatality of the year in St. Croix County.
