Giddyap!

Forget about American Pharoah. The real horse of the year is "BoJack Horseman," the star of the appropriately inappropriate animated series about a washed-up '90s sitcom star trying to get back on his hooves. Will Arnett provides the voice of our despicable, yet sympathetic hero in six all-new episodes. Now streaming on Netflix

Happy meals

Kitchen prodigies take on their idols in "Man vs. Child: Chef Showdown" with chef Adam Gertler behind the counter. The winners get an hour extension on their bedtime while the losers have to take out the trash. 8 p.m. FYI

Forever young

In the primitive days of reality TV, a series titled "Stewarts & Hamiltons" might have been about the loved ones of Scott Hamilton and Martha Stewart. But in these heady times, viewers get a peek into the lives of the blended families headed by Rod Stewart and George Hamilton. 9 p.m. E!
