Sherlock Holmes investigates the world of cable with a six-episode marathon of "Elementary," the newest member of the WGN America family. The outlet also welcomes repeats of "Person of Interest," which gets a three-episode introduction on Tuesday. 6 p.m. WGN America

Rush job

Todrick Hall may not be the most accomplished producer in the business, but he's probably the most proficient. The new docuseries "Todrick" keeps up with the writer/director/choreographer/actor/stylist as he churns out an average of one music video a week. 9 p.m. MTV
