History lesson

Colin Quinn is having a moment. Finally. After years of being the guy you sort of remember behind the anchor desk on "Saturday Night Live," the comic is getting rave reviews for his scene-stealing turn in "Trainwreck," as well as his Jerry Seinfeld-produced special, "Colin Quinn: Unconstitutional," which examines everything from the three branches of government to the unattractive nature of most U.S. presidents. Now streaming on Netflix.

This old house

It's one thing to take on "Saved by the Bell." It's quite another to dish the dirt on one of TV's most beloved TV sitcoms in the docudrama "The Unauthorized Full House Story." For the largely unknown cast, looking a little like Bob Saget and John Stamos finally pays off. 7 p.m. Saturday, Lifetime

"Fear the Walking Dead," perhaps the most anticipated new cable show of the fall, is set just as "the infection" is starting to spread, which means citizens Cliff Curtis and Kim Dickens are more puzzled than paranoid in early episodes. Wait a few weeks for the bodies to really pile up. To hear more from Curtis, check out Sunday's Variety section. 8 p.m. Sunday, AMC
