The junior forward had a negative impact for at least part of the game — 6-for-19 shooting, including 0-for-9 on three-pointers — but Jackson eventually piled up 16 points and came up with the biggest basket of the game, a three-point play with 1:40 left to give the Tar Heels a 66-65 lead, the start of an 8-0 run to clinch the national title.
