High-end home tour

For Super Bowl weekend, the Builders Association of the Twin Cities is putting a football spin on its Artisan Home Tour, featuring four elaborate custom homes, followed by a lunch and reception hosted by NFL Alumni. The four homes, all located in the western suburbs, showcase high-end amenities such as a sport court with pitching mound and golf simulator, a sunken media room and a boathouse. Guests will visit the four homes via luxury motor coach. Then they'll be taken to the Lafayette Club in Minnetonka Beach for the lunch with professional football alumni, including Matt Blair, Kurt Knoff and Darrell Thompson. The event runs 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Feb. 3. Cost is $200 per person, with proceeds benefiting the BATC-Housing First Minnesota Foundation and NFL Alumni. For tickets, visit artisanhometour.org.
