Name that Minnesota Town!

Good luck; the answer's lost

For a while in the late 40s the answer to the great mystery was printed in tiny letters, upside down and backwards, in dark ink in a box filled with darker ink.

As you might imagine, 60 year old microfiche does not reproduce these details very well. For all I know this Minnesota town is gone, either swallowed up by a flood or carried off by locusts.

Any ideas?
