It's fitting that the Seattle vocal powerhouse is starting her tour in the Twin Cities area, her biggest market. She'll be promoting her just-released fourth CD, "Bear Creek," on which she waves her country flag more freely than ever. There's a little bit of honky-tonk, a haunting "Kaw-Liga"-evoking tune and plenty of fiddle. But her stellar new single, "That Wasn't Me," is a stark, stirring, gospel-y plea from an addict or a lover who messed up. (7:30 p.m. Wed.-Thu. $58. Minnesota Zoo, 13000 Zoo Blvd., Apple Valley. 952-431-9500.)
