Murder suspect from Missouri believed to be in Minneapolis

Minneapolis police have asked for the public's help with the hunt for a Missouri homicide suspect.

Authorities said they believe that Darnell Xavier Vaughn, 29 is in the Twin Cities, specifically south Minneapolis.

Vaughn is wanted for one murder and is a suspect in at least one other homicide in the St. Louis area. Minneapolis police were contacted Thursday by police from Ferguson, Mo.

Vaughn is thought to be armed and dangerous and should not be approached. If anyone knows his location or other information, they are urged to call 911.
