MOVING OUT

The majority of multi-unit housing continues to go up in Minneapolis, but market-rate apartment developments are beginning to move to some suburbs. Parkside Village, a proposed 332-unit apartment complex, would put Apple Valley at the forefront of suburban apartment development.
