MSU Mavericks complete fall signings with forward from Latvia

The Mavericks signed seven players for next season.

Minnesota State Mankato has announced it has signed seven players for the 2012-13 season, including three from Canada, one from Alaska, one from Pennsylvania, one from Minnesota and one from Latvia.

Teddy Blueger, the last signee, is from Riga, Latvia. He played for Shattuck-St. Mary's last season and had 24 goals and 66 points in 54 games on a team that won the under-18 USA Hockey national title.

Five of the players are forwards, one is a defenseman and one a goalie. They range in current age from 17 to 20.

The Gophers have not announced their recent signings yet.
