A Mounds View couple were found dead in their home in the 8300 block of Red Oak Drive Saturday afternoon.
Dwight and Christine Herme, 50 and 45, respectively, were found just before 3 p.m. by relatives checking on the couple's welfare, according to a news release from Mounds View police. The family members hadn't communicated with the couple since the previous weekend.
Police released few details about the deaths but said the public is not at risk.
Authorities said toxicology results are pending, and could take a couple of weeks.
