A motorcyclist collided with a motor vehicle in Coon Rapids and was killed, authorities said.
The crash occurred shortly after 4 p.m. Wednesday along NW. Hanson Boulevard near the entrance to Lions Coon Creek Park, the Anoka County Sheriff's Office said.
The motorcyclist was heading north on Hanson and struck the vehicle as it was turning left onto southbound Hanson, the Sheriff's Office said.
Emergency responders declared the motorcyclist dead at the scene. The Sheriff's Office said the man did not have on a helmet. The woman driving the vehicle was not hurt. Their identities have yet to be disclosed.
