A motorcyclist struck a deer on a central Minnesota highway, leaving the man severely injured, authorities said today.
Colin Locke, 65, of Jacobson, Minn., was in critical condition this morning at North Memorial Medical Center in Robbinsdale.
Locke's passenger, Cecilia Locke, 55, also of Jacobson, was slightly hurt, the State Patrol said.
The crash occurred about 2:15 p.m. Thursday in Aitkin County on Hwy. 65, about 2 miles east of Hwy. 70, the patrol said.
