Earth Day was celebrated at Harriet Alexander Nature Center in Roseville with crafts, games and tree planting included in the festivities. The outdoors Earth Day parade was cancelled due to rainfall. Children dressed up as characters of nature and helped plant, water and mulch a vibernum bush in the back of the nature center.

The rain didn't stop kids from celebrating Earth Day at the Harriet Alexander Nature Center in Roseville. Crafts, games and tree planting were part of the festivities, but the Earth Day parade was canceled because of the rain — rain that was welcomed by Mother Nature. These children helped plant, water and mulch a viburnum bush in the back of the nature center.
