Whistleblower hears from dozens of people struggling to get help with their mortgage. In Sunday's column, I wrote about their struggle to get their credit score corrected after Bank of America reported they were making partial mortgage payments.

The New York Times wrote about the issue of how a mortgage modification will impact your credit score in January and a California congresswoman introduced a bill last month that would protect homeowners' credit scores.
