More Torrid Weather on the Way!

Heat and humidity will cover most of the Great Plains and Southern states onThursday. Western Texas, western Oklahoma and western Kansas can expect highsaround 100, and elsewhere through the Central states and South it will be inthe 90s.The expansion of hot air to the north will cause thunderstorms Thursday fromMontana and the Dakotas southeastward to Illinois. Some thunderstorms willproduce strong winds and large hail.

This next surge of heat will reach the Midwest Friday and impact themid-Atlantic states this weekend.
