A multi-vehicle crash blocking two lanes of northbound 35W at Burnsville Pkwy. has created a big delay. That's also affecting north 35E at County Road 11 as motorists are cutting over to Cedar Av.and 35E to avoid the mess.
Meanwhile, 94 eastbound is a problem spot. A crash at LaSalle Avenue has created a backup to Hwy. 55, where there is another crash on the left shoulder.
In the southeast metro, westbound 494 at Robert Street, there's a crash there slowing traffic.
