Liza Schwab grew up in the Twin Cities and believes there is no place like home, except for Colorado and Sanibel. Schwab blogs locally on The Outspoken Mom blog. She is a stay-at-home mom to four incredible children, three of which are at three different schools. (Yes she does think she might be crazy.) She has a child with Asperger's Syndrome and all 4 have some sort of food allergy or sensitivity. She is married to a self-proclaimed 'cave-man' and wouldn't have it any other way. He may not always get the clean house, clean children, and warm meals but, she is glad he asks for them!
