When you feel like a little pampering, you: Unwind at home with my husband and dog.

Best advice ever received and from whom: "There are a few things in life worth fighting for: family, friends, faith, freedom and an education." My great-great-grandmother who lived to be 105 years old. Hattie was a wise woman.

Personal leadership philosophy: "Your words and your actions must be aligned to be a credible leader. I can't just talk about what I believe. I have to be involved."
