Monday morning practice update

And now,for the defense?

September 3, 2009 at 7:22PM

Greetings.

Just thought I'd drop a quick line to you folks after having returned from watching a big of Monday morning's practice.

Freshman Ra'Shede Hageman was working with the defense today, at least early on. He was taking reps at defensive end, the position at which he took a few snaps during Saturday's scrimmage.

Looks like he's getting a crash course at the position. When he wasn't taking reps during the early walk through -- including some with the first-stringers -- he was standing next to defensive line coch Tim Cross.

I'll get back to you guys later after talking to coach Brewster about this after practice if over.
