Mom, our Wonder Woman.

December 29, 2017 at 3:51PM

We lost my mother, Kim Granmo, to AML Leukemia on December 16th, 2017. She was a fierce fighter and a light in our lives. She fought for 7 months here in Duluth. MN and at the University of MN hospital.

Our hearts are broken to lose such a deeply generous and kind-hearted woman. She never complained, not once, during her 5 rounds of chemo, and experimental treatment. She was a devoted fan of the Twins, and of the Vikings. Her ashes will be spread over the Pacific Ocean, from Washington state, where she always longed to be.
