Mississippi River cleanup in St. Paul on Wednesday

About 120 volunteers will remove garbage along the Mississippi River south of downtown St. Paul on Wednesday, the 21st year of the cleanup with the Padelford Packet Boat Co., Conservation Corps Minnesota and Upper River Services.
